Ordained by, and in close relationship with Dave and Joyce Meyer, Eric Rhodes has launched out in order to meet the demands of his growing ministry, both at home with his family and on the road.
With a heart for the local church and winning souls, Eric can be found preaching, teaching, and ministering on the sax at churches and conferences worldwide. His music is anointed and moving, while his messages are relevant, humorous, and life changing . Currently, Eric Rhodes is finishing his third CD, completing his first book, and producing video teachings in order to serve the body of Christ more effectively.
Shanon Rhodes, a dedicated wife and mother of two, is helping hurting women through practical ministry and as a dynamic speaker in her own right. Both through her work as a board member of Mercy Ministries and as a guest speaker in churches and conferences, Shanon is touching the hearts of hurting women by sharing how God restored her out of her own challenging past.

For seven years, Eric Rhodes and his wife Shanon, traveled with Joyce Meyer, ministering to millions of people all over the world while being mentored by one of the great leaders of our time.
Eric served as a featured soloist on saxophone, as a keyboard player, and as an occasional speaker at the conferences. During these seven years, Eric also ministered in prisons, churches and other conferences all over the world as a guest speaker and saxophonist. He has also been featured with Israel Houghton, Darlene Zschech and Hillsong, Delirious, and other great Christian artists. He holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies and has studied at the King’s Seminary in Los Angeles.
Shanon was a vital member of Joyce’s television production crew, and served behind the scenes as director and camera operator for Joyce’s program. Her television work can been seen all over the globe through Joyce’s broadcast. She has also spoken at numerous women’s events and churches. In addition, she became very involved with Mercy Ministries, a home for hurting girls.
During three of their seven years with Joyce Meyer, Eric and Shanon lived in Los Angeles where Eric simultaneously worked alongside Dr. Jack Hayford as an assistant minister. Because of the increasing demands of ministry travel, Eric and Shanon moved to Nasvhille, TN, to base their ministry from there.
